An hour of my style of yoga.
This class is for mixed ability and beginners. I demo the movements and provide a verbal narrative. We start with centering our body and mind, some slow joint and spinal articulation, increasing the movements progressively to warm up. We will flow through sequences on the breath, sun salutations, or warriors and some of my own and test our balance. Then down on the mat for core, twists and ending up with some longer stretch and holds. Every class ends with relaxation\meditation to conclude.
I provide levels of posture where possible and give people the permission to take time out in a restorative posture if that is where they need to be.
