Join Tor Park for vinyasa flow to get you moving, then stretch it out before enjoying a well deserved savasana.
This practice is suitable for everyone - options will be given so that whether you are new to yoga, or have been practicing for a while, you'll be able to find your flow and inner calm.
When? Saturdays 10.15am - 11.15am
Where? Up on the 4th floor roof terrace at New Road Hotel. But this is London, so in case of rain we'll be in the meeting room on the ground floor
