Join me for this monthly Yoga & Relaxation session with yoga postures, breathing exercises and guided visualisation to release physical and mental tension from the body and mind. Please bring a yoga mat (if you have one, spares available), a blanket and two cushions. Class suitable for all ability levels, including beginners.
