I intend that the beautiful North Wales town of Llangollen becomes known as a Yoga Town, with yoga happening throughout the community. I trained with the Yogalife Project in Manchester, following the Sivananda tradition, and I adapt my classes to accommodate everybody - I do not consider anybody to be too old, too inflexible, or too big/small to do yoga. I am thrilled by the yoga community we are creating here.
