Overview

Elizabeth has been a yoga student since her teens when she found Iyengar yoga to help manage back pain from scoliosis and poor posture. Over the years, her yoga practice has supported her through anxiety and depression, and become a place for learning, play and transformation.  
In her classes, she aims to share both a practical yoga toolkit, mindful of the nervous system, emotional states and life stages, and a taste of the delight and freedom that yoga offers. Her sharing of yoga is holistic and draws from the eight limbs of yoga including yoga ethics and meditation, as well as an understanding of the 5 elements from Traditional Chinese Medicine. 
She hopes that you will feel welcome, safe, challenged and nurtured in her classes.
