My hope is to guide you back home - to your body, to your breath and to your true self and potential.
It’s been through my own experience of unravelling who I thought I should be - along with the chronically anxious thoughts and busy mind - that I found tools to reconnect to my self.
I teach hatha and yin yoga, breathwork, somatic awareness. I coach. I write. In my classes you’ll notice a few of my other loves - music, aromatherapy, acupressure, community, a nurturing space.
