I have been doing yoga for over 20 years and have been on many retreats. I have found yoga an extremely important part of my journey.
I want to help people to get the best from their lives by feeling in control of their bodies and maximising their strength and mobility. It's empowering and enables you to get in touch with your inner world.
During my classes we will work every muscle of the body so that when you leave you feel worked, stretched and relaxed.
My interest in music is also part of it and I am a Qualified Sound Practitioner using the Tibetan Singing Bowls. I can give Sound Healing events as part of a retreat or as a stand alone event. Contact me for more information.
