I did my Bikram training in Autumn of 2009 in the States and have been teaching full-time around the globe ever since. Soon after the training I dedicated many years training for the International Ghosh Yoga Competition under the coaching of my teachers, Mary Jarvis and Esak Garcia. I was deeply honoured to represent Ireland and finish amongst the top 10 in the International Ghosh Cup 2015.

I finally returned home to Dublin where I am now running my own studio on Drury Street in the city centre - Dublin City Bikram Yoga. We offer Bikram, Hatha Flow and Yin Yoga.

The biggest joy is to see students witness their own transformation.  By showing up for class, the students do all the work. We as teachers just facilitate the experience, and that is an honour. I work closely with all my teachers and take pride in the mindful approach and attention to detail in which we deliver classes.
