My name is Gwenaëlle. I am French and have been living in Sweden since November 2020.

I´ve been practising yoga since 2009 and decided in 2021 to focus on Kundalini Yoga. 

Kundalini yoga has accompanied me greatly through the changes I have encountered in life and has allowed my creative energy to manifest. Hence in March 2022 I started a yoga teacher training with Maya Fiennes online and successfully graduated in June 2022. Since then I´ve been teaching on a weekly basis online. Furthermore, I graduated in August 2023 as a Kaula Tantra Yoga teacher with Durga's Tiger school in Ecuador. I believe that these both types of yoga are complementary and can nourish each other.

Outside yoga I love connecting to Nature and to Humans as well as travelling.
