Overview

I found yoga accidentally many years ago, attending lunchtime classes simply as a way to escape my busy desk job. I quickly realised the transformative power of yoga and was able to use it as a powerful tool to help manage my own chronic stress and anxiety. 

Over the years I have turned to yoga alongside other forms of therapy to help manage my own mental health, and now I use my skills and life experience to pass this onto others. 

My calling is to use everything I've experienced in my life, to create yoga spaces for anyone and everyone to experience the benefits of yoga. Whether it's a 10 minute meditation, a desk yoga session for busy office workers, or a two hour long workshop session, I truly believe every single person in this world would benefit from yoga. 

My teaching style varies as I aim to cater to those who come to me for guidance. I enjoy creating invigorating and powerful flows, but equally love creating sequences that encourage introspection and work the mind just as much as the body. 

Above all else, my practice is inclusive of everyone, no matter their age, gender, sexuality, ability, ethnicity or anything in between. My mission is to create inclusive and safe spaces for anyone to experience the joy of yoga.
