Overview

I love sharing yoga and adjusting the practice to meet invididual needs either 1:1 or as a group, face to face and online using Zoom. Online sessions are limited to 4 participants and several slots are available throughout the day. Online 1:1 sessions are also available upon request for no extra charge.

Two types of training are offered:

1-hour Traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa for beginners with plenty of modifications to suit all levels;

1-hour Body Conditioning offering a gentle full body workout using specific exercises to improve posture, flexibility and strength combining yoga, stretching and fitness training.

After completing two yoga teacher trainings in the last ten years, I have been sharing the wonderful insights and experiences I've had over the years as a direct result of making it a priority to be well, fit in body and mind and happy.
My teacher training has been in Ashtanga Vinyasa in the tradition of my teachers' guru the late Sri K. Pattabhi Jois:

200h L1 yoga teacher training with John Scott in Nelson NZ (2010) and
500h yoga teacher training at the Yoga Academy in Auckland (2015-2016)

Since 2008 I have trained with many Ashtanga teachers including Peter Sanson, David Williams, Petri Räisänen and recently Phillipa Asher. In London, I practice with the wonderful Roberta at Ashtanga Yoga Here in Kentish Town.I have also taken classes in other forms of Vinyasa training; I particularly enjoyed Aram's crazy Vinyasa Flow level 2 classes at Triyoga, Laura Gate-Eastley's gentle and fun classes and retreats, Power Yoga with David Lefebre Sell at the old Reebok gym now Third Space in Canary Wharf and Iyengar with Susie Leaver in Matakana, New Zealand.

Yoga is empowering, liberating, essential.
