I began practicing yoga 8 years ago to support my overall wellbeing and maintain a healthy body following spinal surgery.
I then studied in Hatha Yoga – a yoga style which helps increase range of movement, build strength and stability, and create balance in the mind and body – with Academy for Yoga Training in 2023.
Welcoming all levels into my class, I aim to help people slow down, relax and create awareness of the body and mind.
