Overview

Hello and welcome! I’m Laura, a yoga teacher based in the Raynes Park and Wimbledon area.

In my previous life, I worked in the fast-paced world of PR and events. Amidst the whirlwind of global travel and long hours, I discovered the immense benefits of yoga - not just for physical strength, but also as a tool for managing stress and maintaining calm.

That transformative power of yoga inspired me to complete my 200hr Vinyasa yoga teacher training in 2021.

As a mother of two wonderful (and very cheeky) little ones, the magical yet intense journey of pregnancy and motherhood heightened my appreciation for yoga’s role in my life, leading me to pursue additional 85hr qualifications in Pregnancy, Post Natal and Mother & Baby yoga in 2022.

Despite being a yoga teacher, I'm not naturally flexible. I can’t do the splits, or plenty of other Instagram-worthy poses. But the beauty of yoga is that it’s not all about that. For me, it’s about maintaining good functional movement. It’s a tool to stay strong, healthy and flexible - both physically and mentally - throughout every stage of life. So when I’m 70, I’ll be the one getting up off the floor without using my hands - and hopefully without any embarrassing noises!

Off the mat, I’m a yoga and anatomy nerd, continuously expanding my knowledge to keep our classes fresh, engaging and beneficial.

My mission is to make yoga accessible and enjoyable for all, regardless of age, ability or life stage. Whether you’re a seasoned pro, or a complete beginner, I’m here to make your yoga experience a good one.

Thanks for dropping by and I look forward to meeting you on the mat!
