Hi there,

My name is Louise, I live on  the South coast in Bexhill with my husband and two children.  I am 50 in June and have been a sport lover all my life.  I have been practicing yoga for nearly 20 years and recently qualified as a Hatha yoga teacher.  I love to teach yoga outside in the elements, particularly next to the sea.  I have been a runner and cyclist for many years, and after a fall from my bike I was introduced to yoga.  I have found yoga to be incredibly beneficial for me in so many ways, including pain management, far greater flexibility and general posture.  The spiritual side along with incredible benefits from deep relaxation and meditation I am finding more and more, particularly in this day and age is becoming so much more apparent to not just myself but also everyone around me.  

I know that yoga has been around for thousands of years but right here and now people are more and more being drawn to its wonderful healing and calming influences.
