Following a reiki attunement I found myself drawn to yoga, then after practising yoga for many years I decided I would love to help bring this love and healing to others, and so gained my yoga teaching qualification with the intention of teaching chair based yoga classes.  I completed a Yorkshire based 250 hour yoga teacher training course with Tree Living Yoga, continuing on to further training specialising in chair based classes, with particular focus on the effects of ageing.  As part of the yoga teacher training course with Tree Living Yoga we studied many forms of meditation, during which time I felt an affinity with the sound healing we experienced in the form of a sound bath; after graduating in yoga and chair based exercises, I went on to complete a course in Sound Therapy with Adrienne Woods, and am an associate member of The College of Sound Healing.  I am fully up to date in first aid training.
