Yogi who “daylights” as a Trainer and Job Coach in a non-profit organisation. First inspired by my Yoga Teacher sister and my interest in philosophy to begin my own practice and to feel the often indescribable benefits of Yoga. I trained in Kilkenny School of Yoga, Ireland, and my current love is teaching Vinyasa Flow and Hatha style classes.
My passion for Yoga also extends to my day job, where I teach staff members (myself included!) to prioritise self-love and compassion, while still caring for others. I have also made Yoga part of the training courses I teach to help people facing personal challenges and particularly those surrounding job seeking, mental health and immigration.
My aim is to share with others what Yoga has given me - Profound inward reflection, growth and balance on a continuous upward journey of sometimes (but everyday less) falling over. Next stop... Trauma-sensitive Yoga.
