Overview

I started practicing yoga 3 years ago as a way of healing my fibromyalgia and soon I started to feel yoga's incredible power and wisdom. Since then, I've managed to keep a daily practice and, in July 2021, I finished my 200 hours yoga teacher training with Stewart Gilchrist in London. Having being trained to teach a Yogasana class, my classes have a strong emphasis on breath, alignment and finding stillness in moving meditation. I also bring my personal experience as a chronic pain suffer to adapt my class to my students' needs. As a way of improving  my practice as well as yogic knowledge, I'm starting the 500 hours yoga teacher training with Stewart Gilchrist in November and planing, later on, to specialise in yoga for cancer and PTDS.
