Offering Yoga classes for adults and children I have a great interest in holistic wellbeing, with close to 20 years of experience in holistic therapies. I offer the opportunity for a mindful connection in each class whether it's an adult beginners class, teen sport class or a creative children's class. For me yoga is a journey of discovery, a learning, a releasing, an acceptance and most of all a blossoming. It's an experience that teaches you to reach in to yourself and draw whatever you need to live and experience your life from the wellspring of your strengths and abilities in body, mind and spirit. I am grateful for every opportunity to teach in class or as a personalised 1:1 programme and especially enjoy offering yoga and mindfulness as a therapeutic practice to children with additional needs.
