I have been practising yoga for 15 years and trained with Cat Alip-Douglas at Sangyé Yoga School. I teach a vinyasa style of yoga using clear instructions and hands-on assists to help students move deeper into the postures. I am also a trained hypnobirthing practitioner, and I passionately believe in the power of the breath to calm the physical body and focus the mind.
