Overview

Although I had heard about yoga for many years I thought it was only a form of physical exercise!!  I’ve been a ‘holistic’ person most of my life and have done some work as a healer (using dowsing), massage therapist, aromatherapist, Reiki 1 & 2 and Cranial Sacral Therapy on myself (and my pets) and 1-to-1s, I had never really considered Yoga.  It was only when I started going to Pilates that I met a few people who also did Yoga so I thought I’d give it a try and I have been ‘hooked’ since and wanted to learn more.  I completed my ‘in person’ 200, 300 hours, Yin and Wheel courses with the Wellbeing Warehouse in Newmarket as well as YOGABODY’s Breath & Science of Stretching and Arhanta’s Meditation and Yoga Nidra online courses.  


I was born in Thailand so part of my brain is Asian - and I love the ‘treat the body as a whole’ approach to wellness and I really feel that yoga richly embraces this with the 8 limbs, philosophy, history, mind, body and spirit. ✨
