I am a vinyasa flow teacher with 200hr YTT qualification completed at the lovely Yoga Hero studio in Leeds. I am based in Sunderland in the North East, UK. My aim is to help people to feel calm and find peace through yoga. I am also a registered nurse so have a particular interest in promoting health and wellbeing. I love connecting with nature and I am a keen ocean dipper, connecting with the breath through cold water therapy. The main focus of my teaching is releasing stress and tension to calm the mind and building strength to connect with the body. 

I have also completed trainings in Yin yoga and Trauma Informed Yoga and have my 1st degree in Reiki healing.

My classes have a welcoming and positive atmosphere and are suitable for all levels, including those new to yoga, welcoming anyone who wishes to soothe a hectic mind.
