Hello fellow yogis! I'm Rosie, a dedicated yoga teacher whose journey has been shaped by the transformative training at Suryalila in Spain under the mentorship of Vidya Heisel, founder of Frog Lotus International. With a 200-hour Vinyasa flow certification, I've been privileged to learn from a teacher with over 50 years of experience.

I am dedicated to bringing a distinctive fusion of creativity and expertise to the mat through dance-like Vinyasa flows, inviting students to delve into a meditative state while reveling in the joy of movement. In my view, yoga should be an enjoyable exploration, a celebration of both the individual and collective journey, whilst fostering the connection between the mind and the body. 

What distinguishes my approach is the commitment to inclusivity and community building. I prioritise creating a supportive space where all practitioners, regardless of their level or demographic, feel empowered. 

As such, I am thrilled to share that outside the studio, I am committed to giving back to the community by teaching free classes at the local food bank every week. This initiative is close to my heart, reflecting my belief in the power of yoga to create positive change not only on the mat but also in the lives of those who may not have access to traditional yoga spaces.

In my ongoing journey, I am eagerly looking forward to gaining more experience and qualifications within the field of yoga to deepen my knowledge. This commitment to continuous learning and growth is fuelled by my desire to offer enriched and evolving experiences to my students and to contribute meaningfully to the wider yoga community.
