I began Play Like Apes when I saw the benefits it had on my own girls enjoying yoga at home then it struck me that if my girls could benefit then I should train and begin to spread the positivity.

I will meet your child exactly where they are not where we think they should be!

Each class with have a theme and in these classes we will battle monsters, dragons, swim down rivers and climb mountains and fly around the world on our magic carpets! All the while your child will be engaged as much or as little as they need to be - but rest assured they will be having fun.For older children I will have themes more age relevant and will appeal to pre-teen & teenagers.

Children's yoga is a fun and interactive way for your child to stretch, play, learn new life skills and make new friends in an noncompetitive environment.
