Overview

I trained with Ann-Marie Newland in 2018 and it was upon completion of the training that the learning really began.  The blend of lineages embraced by the training aligned with where I was at the time and the attention to detail anatomically provided a strong foundation for teaching.  When returning to yoga just prior to the training I had been training for a marathon and remain convinced that my regular yoga practice prevented injury throughout the training.  Since qualifying to teach I have continued to explore with a particular interest and passion for all things breath and how we can all use it in our daily lives to bring ease & calm, energise or create balance.  The absolute magic of the slower, quieter practice of Yin Yoga and the science of the fascia continues to influence my teachings.

I offer small community classes and still love the privilege of introducing people to the absolute magic of yoga and the myriad of benefits that it has to offer us.  Workplace wellbeing packages are available as online Chair Yoga sessions with short practices to target common areas of tension available.

Having struggled with my own sleep for as long as I can remember I embarked upon Lisa Sanfilppo's Yoga Therapy For Sleep Recovery and Insomnia Training and happily found a new passion as my experience with the approach has been so positive.  I am now delivering this as five week courses and or individually, both in person & online.
