I have been practising yoga on and off over the years. In recent years it felt like the right time to deepen my practice and to add yoga to my other health and fitness qualifications.
I was fortunate to do my yoga teacher training with Real Flow Yoga which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to guide my clients through various flows that incorporate different lineages/styles.
My aim is to create a friendly, caring and supportive environment so clients feel a sense of calm
I offer one -on -one sessions and small group classes
