A practice that focuses both on strength and flexibility A dynamic and fluid flow of postures; including sun salutations, standing and balancing postures, weaved together in fun transitions targeting all major muscle groups to build strength and stability. Followed by floor/cooling down postures where you can marinate in some grounding postures in order to allow the body to progressively ease each asana, finally a soothing savasana to end the practice.
