Friday 16 th @ 18:00 - 19:00 Welcome and unwinding yoga practice: Lunar Vinyasa Flow and Yoga Nidra. Saturday 17 th @ 09.30 - 11:00 A traditional Vinyasa Flow Yoga practice with chanting, pranayama and meditation. @ 18:00- 20:00A slow, Lunar Vinyasa Flow yoga practice followed by “New Moon Intention setting and Cacao Ceremony” workshop.

Through meditations and conscious focus, our thoughts can be clearer so that the intentions of today
