The moment you arrive at Cortijo El Tunante and breathe in the warm Spanish air, the stresses of everyday life start to fade away. Soak up the never ending views of olive and almond groves, and listen to the soothing sounds of nature. Take time to reconnect with yourself in the tranquility of this magical space. Enjoy 7 yoga classes over the weekend guided by your teacher, Alex. Yoga sessions will explore different styles such as vinyasa, hatha, yin, and nidra plus breathwork and meditation. All levels, including beginners are welcome. Yoga mats will be available to use. The Cortijo's resident hosts, Melissa and Michael, will be on hand to ensure your comfort throughout the weekend. A delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided each day. Airport transfers are included. Each of the Cortijo's casitas offers calm, comfortable bedrooms, living spaces for relaxation and their own kitchens. Outside you will find terraces and a solar heated swimming pool, surrounded by panoramas of the distant coastal mountains and countryside.
