End Date

Our Pranayama & Meditation CPD course is designed for the dedicated yoga practitioners and teachers, sincerely interested in the higher limbs of yoga and willing to commit to the daily practice on this self-exploration journey of yoga.

We will introduce, guide and mentor you through the theory, philosophy and precise technique of the classical yogic kriya (cleansing), pranayama (energy & breathwork) and meditation (pratyahara, dharana, dhyana). We'll help you establish a profound and insightful daily practice, supporting your personal yoga journey as well as your teaching.

Though the yoga journey is a personal one, we see vividly, how through the uplifting energy of the community and joint, deep learning, we are more and more able to transform into more compassionate human beings, with open hearts, ready to support, help and love one another. We admire our students and we are confident that if you join us, you will enjoy the process, intellectually, physically, spiritually. We also promise, we'll laugh quite a bit together ????!

This course is accredited by Yoga Alliance Professionals as an advanced CPD module for yoga teachers.

I recently completed her Pranayama & Meditation course, which was full of knowledge and exercises, which I looked forward to every week, and that is what a real yoga teacher can do – she gently wakes up the yearning heart for an adventure which each one of us carries deep within.’ – Hinako Hatcher, yoga teacher.

‘Irina’s Pranayama & Meditation Course is fantastic. I am so glad I signed up and am now doing part two. Her teaching is joyful and passionate, she connects deeply with her subject and is very generous with her advice, information and suggestions. Her teaching is accessible, thorough and fun! 'I feel very privileged to have been part of Irina’s Ashtanga CPD earlier this year. Irina so generously shares her extensive knowledge and creates a nurturing space to learn, share and develop as a teacher but also personally. No question goes unanswered. I feel my practice has an added depth and I teach with a new confidence. It more than met my expectations and I continue to integrate and absorb the information Irina shared throughout the course. Irina lives yoga and the joy it brings is evident and infectious. I enjoyed and benefited from the course so much that I've started Irina’s Pranayama and Meditation CPD course. I can’t wait to continue my yoga journey with Irina.; - Morag MacDonald, yoga teacher.
