Classes cater for mixed abilities with props used to support the body and provide the most opportunity for your body to replenish itself. Daily time to relax and unwind next to the pool, on your balcony or simply taking a wander through the olive groves. The retreat centre itself has two yoga shalas as well as a yoga deck and plenty of quiet places to take some time out for yourself if you wish.
