A Sussex House is a unique and welcoming home from home, a tranquil space in a stunning rural location. The modern eco-home and converted barn focus on sustainability, using reclaimed materials and ground source heat. Buildings are surrounded by nine acres of wild-flower meadows and bluebell woods in a rewilded wonderland with space to relax and time to reconnect with nature.
Yoga
Each morning will start with some breathing and a short sit before we move into an invigorating, creatively sequenced vinyasa flow practice taught with music and including modifications for all levels.
The late afternoon sessions will be slow, nurturing and calming gentle flow and restorative sessions, closing with a longer meditation.
Sessions will include reflections on philosophy, psychology and neuroscience to deepen understanding and inspire discussion.
The large yoga space has underfloor heating and bamboo floors.
Please bring your own mat and props!
