SOMATIC MOVEMENT ‘RESOURCING FROM CENTRE’ EXPLORATION WITH HELEN MCCABE
Through the lens of somatic movement exploration, this class will be a gentle introduction to somatic movement education as a tool for bringing awareness to our centre and our relationship to earth. We will explore ways to develop subtle strength and stability, to support our potential to release stress held in our body so that we can move with grace and ease.
