Course Breakdown

Happy Little Yogi Flow, 4-13 yrs – The Happy Little Yogi Flow lays the foundations for the children’s training providing the knowledge that is needed to work with children in all environments.
Happy Little Yogis programme is approved by teachers, and SEND workers, as a programme that teaches children to be happy, courageous, and confident. With fun yoga games, creative cardio workouts, the Happy Little Yogi Flow routines, the breath, meditation, and guided relaxations, it allows children to feel comfortable and happy in their own bodies.

We also work on the brain and nervous system through memory work, meditations and yoga challenges. 40 hrs

Happy Tots, 2-4 yrs – A fun and creative way to allow toddlers the time to connect with their mind and bodies, through yoga play, yoga poses and storytelling, breathing and singing. These sessions are also about bringing connection and closeness between the child and parent/carer. 10hrs

Teen Yoga, 13 yrs plus – A programme specifically designed for teenagers to help them navigate through life and all its challenges. This course will help teenagers to become aware of their emotions, thoughts and bodies. Building self-esteem, confidence, openness and awareness.

Teens need to feel safe in several areas of their lives; from peer pressure, exam stress, expectations and bullying.
They are also in a phase of physical changes with their body, trying to understand themselves emotionally and mentally, as well as deal with the everyday family life.
Within this yoga course we teach how to create a safe place, how to open the doors to conversation, through yoga, meditation, energy, relaxation, talk circles, crystals, guidance cards and music to allow these young adults to feel relaxed with themselves and those around them.
