    Just thought I’d let you know I took my first yoga club session at school today with a group of year3 and 4 children. It was great! We did sa ta na ma on our fingers to the music track, I used other music for musical poses and we did the Sunshine song at the end. Looking forward to the next 8 weeks classes! Thank you again for the wonderful training!

    Jane is knowledgeable, and really captivating as a trainer. I loved how at ease she made me feel while going through the materials. This training made me connect with my inner-child and from that place train the teacher of tomorrow.

    I would totally recommend this course if you need to further your knowledge and structure for your yoga class - applied for the kids. Delivered with lots of fun, dynamic and lots of techniques and tricks to make a class enjoyable and easy to digest for the little ones. Definitely, Jane's personal experience and know-how were paramount and consequently, she managed to create a space for each of us to learn and to practice together. There was chanting, mantra recitations, asanas, breathwork and many other instruments to add in a kids class. Overall, I have learned a lot and would totally recommend this course to any teacher or parent that would like to explore their playful and authentic self. Thank you so much! Sat Nam! :D

    Perfect balance between practical experience and theory. Jane is a very supportive teacher. Sessions were great fun and I now have the confidence to teach my own yoga classes to the children in my schools.
