Join Viriam Kaur on a wild weekend of yogic exploration with Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, Womb Yoga, Sound Healing and Mantra.
Through yoga and meditation, we gain insight into what makes us tick and how we are at the heart of our own healing process. Gathering as women, we will create a sacred space for yoga, movement, healing, sharing and inspiration. Together we will rediscover meditations denied to women for centuries. Through this sense of connection, we will look at ways of healing our own female line.
We already have the answers, we simply need to start listening to ourselves.
