By taking this course, you will learn how to teach fun, engaging and safe yoga classes to children from walking age to 12 years old. The course will help you learn how to adapt and modify postures for the various groups. How to create your own super fun kids yoga stories for the walking to 7 year old and wonderful themes and sequences for the 8 – 12 year olds. Learn how to guide children through mindfulness meditations, visualisations and breathing techniques, yoga games and activities. We also have a dedicated section with tips on how to build your own yoga business into schools, nurseries and yoga studios.
