ABOUT THE EARLY YEARS YOGA TEACHER TRAINING COURSE

The Gruffalo, The Very Hungry Caterpillar, Giraffes Can't Dance,  We're going on a Bear Hunt are just four examples of the thousands of stories and adventures you can be using in your yoga classes. In this training, you'll have an A-Z treasure chest of information on how to teach walking to 5 year olds yoga in a safe, practical and engaging way that helps develop their emotional, mental and physical well-being. Songs, games, visuals, props and interactive ideas will keep the children fully immersed in your sessions whilst benefiting from everything yoga has to offer.
