ABOUT THE MINDFULNESS TEACHER TRAINING COURSE
In today’s world children and teenagers experience stress just like adults do, if not more, so learning a few strategies that can greatly assist in recognising and dealing with any stress and anxiety can have a massively positive effect on their quality of life and help with any struggles they may be facing, both individually and within their wider circle of friends and family. In this course you will learn various techniques and tools that will help handle negative emotions and explore the factors that can contribute to a child becoming stressed and how to counteract those effects. We will explore simple ways it can be brought into the daily routine of a child whether at home or in the classroom. We will also look at some one minute exercises which are ideal for children to practise on their own. Learn about the brain and its ability to create new neural pathways. Learn how our mind takes on new information and develops with us. Explore guided meditations and breathing exercises for all age groups. We will explore the strength of gratitude and affirmations and how they help bring positivity to the subconscious beliefs and thoughts.
