• Live with or have teenagers - Utilise the tools, techniques and skills learned in the course and start implementing them at home and see the positive difference!

ABOUT THE TEEN YOGA TEACHER TRAINING COURSE

This is a challenging time for most teens, it’s a time of transition, moving into a more independent zone away from the continuous guidance of parents and teachers. It can be a very exciting time but also daunting for some. Yoga and mindfulness can provide a lot of assistance and answers to many of the concerns that the adolescent population are facing and make this period of their life as awesome as it should be. With idols such as Lady Gaga, Ryan Giggs, Beyonce, Sting and Robert Downing Jr (aka Iron man) using yoga regularly it has also become quite accepted among the men, especially when combining to enhance their regular training or hobbies.
