This comprehensive Yoga Teacher Training program will cover the fundamentals of Movement Mechanics that are important for runners, plus the benefits of incorporating Yoga and Rolling into a runner's training regimen.
As a Teacher Trainee, you will learn how to safely and effectively lead yoga classes for runners, including sequences that focus on increasing flexibility, strength, and balance.
In addition to learning about Yoga For Runners, you will also be introduced to Myofascial Release Techniques using foam rollers, massage balls, and other tools. These techniques can help runners recover faster, prevent injuries, and enhance performance.
Throughout the training, you will have the opportunity to practice teaching and Receive Feedback from experienced instructors. You will also have access to ongoing support and resources to help you succeed as a runYOGAroll teacher.
