This mentorship programme offers a unique opportunity to study with Bridget Woods Kramer, sharing over 30 years of experience and knowledge of the art of teaching yoga. Within a small group limited to 14 students, you will refine and strengthen your skills as a teacher.
Over 6 mentorship modules you will have the opportunity to address what has arisen in your teaching, allowing you to hone your teaching skills and become a stronger, more confident teacher.
This mentorship programme can be taken as a stand-alone part of your Continuing Education as a yoga teacher or can be counted towards your 300hr Advance Teacher Training.
The training consists of 93 teaching hours delivered through 6 modules, these consist of 6 weekends, running from Friday evening to Sunday evening. Alongside the training modules there is the requirement to attend a minimum of 10 hours of classes with Bridget and 14 hours assisting Bridget in class.
There will be plenty of teaching practice and one to one feedback within each module to allow students the time to hone their teaching skills and find their voice as a teacher.
