The weekend is a wonderful opportunity to really examine how you observe and communicate as a teacher. Teaching yoga has transformed over the past 2 years with many teachers moving to teaching online over the pandemic and now returning to teach in the studio. This weekend will provide the space to come together in the studio to learn how to read bodies, skillfully offer verbal assistance for both teaching online and in-studio, and how to safely offer hands-on assisting.
You will learn progressive principles for ‘seeing’ your students, deepening your understanding and practice of the art and skill of observation in order to be more effective and confident in helping students organise their bodies in held postural alignment as well as in movement.
From this place of observation, you will learn practical and respectful ways to assist so your students can achieve more stability, balance, and freedom in your classes.
