Join Bridget Woods Kramer and Ellen Saltonstall for an introduction to Anatomy-based Yoga Therapy and Bodymind Ball Work, covering the subjects of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutics. Throughout the immersion, there will be a focus on common body problems that as a teacher you will come across. The immersion will offer you a toolbox you can refer back to help you address these for your students using alignment, asana, and fascia release body ball work.
Each module will include discussion and practice on topics such as the mind-body connection, anatomy, and how to address common body problems.
This exciting training will support, refine and enhance your teaching skills.
The course will take place Fridays 18.30 - 20.30, Saturdays and Sundays 9.30 - 18.00 at Yogarise Peckham on the following dates:23-25 September 2022, 28-30 October 2022

Common body problems of the upper body, including shoulders, neck, wrists, and thoracic.
WEEKEND 2
An introduction to Anatomy based Yoga Therapy and Bodymind Ball Work
Common body problems of the lower body, including hips, hamstrings, and lower back.
