Yoga Class Timetable

All of my classes are suitable for everyone as I ensure that all postures and practices are modified for the individual. To guide the practice of those who wish to have a more specific class level and focus I offer three types of classes: Gentle Yoga, Yoga For All Abilities, and Core Strength and Stability Yoga.

Gentle Yoga is particularly suited for those who wish to avoid some of the stronger postures or who have health conditions which means they need to keep their exercise gentler or slower.

Yoga For All Abilities is, as the name suggests suitable for all ages, level of experience, and abilities.

Core Strength and Stability Yoga particularly focuses on conditioning the muscles of the torso and postural muscles in functional movements. The core is much more than just the abdominal muscles and includes the back, shoulder and hip stability, and muscles of the pelvis. These muscles are worked in all planes of movement to replicate the demands placed on the body in daily living and in sports activities.
