I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years, I have gained so much from the practice that last year I decided to become a teacher myself and try to share some of the benefits I have gained with others. I have practiced many styles of yoga but have come to believe that working and moving with the breath (Vinyasa) provides the best range of benefits.
I completed training at Yogavenue in Oxford completing a 250 hour Yoga Alliance Vinyasa training course. I plan to teach yoga to any age from beginners to experience yogis. I hope to make my classes both fun and hard work.
