A flowing yoga class suitable for all levels, Set in a marquee overlooking a beautiful view. Social distancing, cleaning and checking are all carried out before and after each session.
The classes are aimed to encourage moving with the breath and working, over time to improve strength and flexibility along with aiding the student to calm their mind. Students work within their own capabilities and at a pace that wo.rks for them
