Angelina stumbled upon her first yoga teacher (Aniko Nagy) at the BBC 15 years ago. Since then she has never stopped practicing - something in this ancient practice moved her. In fact her desire to deepen her practice brought her to the teaching path in 2015. 

Being a keen meditator for many years, yoga came naturally as a way for her to bring the body and mind together. 

She trained with Yogi Ashokananda, a Yogi Master from India based in London in both Himalayan Hatha Yoga and Meditation. She became both a yoga and meditation teacher in 2015. Additionally she also bring essences of Zen Yoga with whom her teachers Aniko Nagy and Konstantin Pavlidis passed down to her.
 

Angelina also trained with Lama Jampa Rinpoche for the last 8 years in Trulkor Tibetan Yoga. She is a keen practitioner of this practice and would love to one day be able to share this practice with her students.

She teaches in corporations such as Tesco, Farfetch, Google and other private firms based in London. She is available for private tuitions and any small group yoga training or corporate yoga/meditation.
