My name is Kia Johansen ~ Valentine . I began my passion as a yoga teacher in 2003 & study and teach yoga & meditation around thé world . I have studied from Bali to Mexico , California , Canada , Japan , China , Maldives , Sweden , Africa , Italy , Spain & United Kingdom . I teach a hybrid of yoga styles with influences from Patanjali to Deepak Chopra . I combine centering & mindfulness with a journey through Ashtanga , Hatha , Freestyle Fitness Yoga & Chakra Meditations . I teach various age groups & create all levels of yoga classes for everyone to journey into their own discovery of self through yoga . I continue my study and practice of yoga , meditation , fitness & nutrition to help influence & guide others on their own journey of balance , health & wellness Namaste
