    It`s not very often someone steps into your life and makes a difference. Ally is that special lady that teaches, shares, promotes and encourages happiness, healthiness and positive mindfulness. Ally has a wonderful approach and insists that yogis don't push their limits physically and to embrace the practice.....fantastic. I love yoga nidra at the end of every practice as well as the Om chanting. It`s a privilege to attend Ally`s classes. Thank you so much, Ally.

    Yoga with Ally Methodist Church

    Yoga with Ally is the most relaxing hour of the week! Ally has such a calming voice and makes the practice enjoyable and challenging. There are no pressures to "achieve" in the class yet you always leave the session feeling you have learnt and achieved something. The classes and Ally's style have really helped with my overall strength both mental and physical and I always look forward to the next session to see what journey Ally takes us on next.

    I have the pleasure of taking yoga clases with Ally for about a half of the year. The lessons are enjoyable and helps me with strengthening, flexibility and relaxation. The lessons are relaxing.

    Barefoot Ally at Pelsall Methodist

    I took up Ally's yoga class at the beginning of 2018 - partly for fitness, partly to help with back issues, but mostly to have an hour of 'me-time'. Ally's sessions are relaxed and supportive; no worries about what we can and can't do. Each week is mixed, so you never get bored (or complacent). I have found it has really helped my back; but more importantly, it's a really helpful restoring time for me during the week. I enjoy it so much, I committed to buying my own yoga mat!!
