Every Tuesday and Friday during lockdown I will be offering a 75 minute Hatha Yoga practice on Zoom at 1330.
Roll out your mats, set up your cameras and we shall yoga!
I will activate the link at 1315 to allow you all to settle in. For those of you who wish to stay for a cuppa afterwards you are more than welcome.
All sessions are open to all and will be donation based. Those who wish to contribute financially are welcome to do so here Paypal.me/barefootally. Those of you who aren't in a position to do so... keep your chin up and come yoga!
